Led brands, categories and business units up to € 1bn in annual revenues and P&L responsibility. Lived and worked in 4 countries, leading large, diverse, cross-cultural, cross-functional teams across EMEA, LATAM, APAC and the US.
Stewarded global brand equity across categories, channels and regions while balancing local relevance with a consistent global positioning.
Recognised for delivering business turnarounds, elevating brand positioning and image across channels and regions, building new growth and innovation platforms and transforming marketing teams to drive sustainable performance.
Her expertise spans global brand building and positioning, creative leadership, consumer-centric strategy, portfolio management, innovation, comms and organisation design, complemented by a strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail in consumer experiences.
She brings a distinctive combination of multinational operating leadership, founder and entrepreneurial experience, strategic advisory work, and senior executive leadership within private equity-owned businesses.
